The Spyderco C41SBBK5 Native® 5 Lightweight CPM® S30V® SpyderEdge DLC is a fifth-generation folding pocket knife designed for high-performance cutting, durability, and lightweight everyday carry. It combines Spyderco’s proven Native platform with modern materials, refined ergonomics, and a corrosion-resistant DLC-coated blade for enhanced durability and reduced reflectivity. At its core is a spearpoint blade made from premium CPM® S30V® stainless steel , offering excellent edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The SpyderEdge serrated configuration enhances cutting efficiency on tough, fibrous materials such as rope, webbing, and heavy packaging. The blade also features a full-flat grind , distal taper , and a swedge that improve slicing performance and tip control. The blade is finished with a non-reflective Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating , increasing surface hardness and wear resistance while reducing glare. A textured index-finger choil and thumb ramp provide improved control and secure handling during precision tasks.
